Saturday, 22 November 2025At lunchtime, it's time to put on your apron! Discover the secrets of game cooking with chef Mario Parnitzke in a game cooking class, followed by a light lunch.
The highlight follows in the evening: a festive 5-course menu featuring everything the forest has to offer – perfectly accompanied by corresponding top wines from the renowned Kirnbauer winery, personally moderated and presented.

Farewell with pure relaxation: a spa day – the perfect way to end the weekend on a high note. Thanks to late check-out, you can savour your last day to the fullest.
