The view over green valleys. The scent of wild herbs. And that light when the sun rises over the peaks. Summer in Fieberbrunn is unforgettable. Whether you prefer to relax or be active, you can plan your holiday to suit your needs. It is precisely this freedom that makes your romantic holiday in the Kitzbühel Alps so special.
A successful day could look like this:
8:00 a.m. – Breakfast for two.
OMG – how could a day start any better? Fresh coffee, delicious croissants, eggs cooked just the way we like them – and all of this on the huge balcony of our wellness suite. We booked the romance package and had breakfast delivered directly to our room. The view? Incredible. The mountains glow in the morning light, and we can even see them from our private sauna.
When we arrived yesterday, a chilled bottle of champagne, a fruit platter and sweet chocolates were waiting for us in the suite. If that's not a statement saying, ‘Welcome to ADEA Lifestyle Suites,’ I don't know what is.
9:00 a.m. – Hand in hand to the Jakobskreuz.
We lace up our hiking boots and walk straight from the hotel to the Pillersee mountain railway.
Today we're going up on foot – via the themed trail, around 6 km, 600 m elevation gain, but: easy going with wow factor guaranteed.
11:00 a.m. – Summit feelings & heart palpitations.
At the top: the world's largest walk-in cross, the Jakobskreuz. 30 metres high, and us two right in the middle.
The view? Breathtaking. Loferer Steinberge, Wilder Kaiser, Wildseeloder – we look at each other and think the same thing: this is exactly where we want to stay.
1:00 p.m. – SUP & sunshine.
We continue down at Pillersee – only this time across the water.
At SUP'n'Fun, we grab our boards and paddles.
We glide across the sparkling blue water, laughing, paddling in unison, and then lie down in the meadow. Feet in the water. Sun on our faces. Happiness in our hearts.
4 p.m. – Suite vibes & sauna love.
Back at the ADEA Lifestyle Suites. And yes – the wellness area is simply heavenly.
Stylish, peaceful, with a swimming pond, indoor pool and gentle sounds in the background.
But first, we stay in our private sauna in the suite.
The scent of infused herbs, mountain views, pure togetherness. While my favourite person is still sweating it out, I run him a bath – with a view of the enchanting mountains.
Wellness on our very own level.
And afterwards? We put on our bathrobes, head over to the wellness area and do a few laps in the pool. We love this combination of private and communal relaxation.
6:30 p.m. – Dinner at UPSIDEDOWN.
The evening belongs to us at UPSIDEDOWN.
A stylish setting, chill beats, and a veal chop for two, so tender that we hardly speak – because we are simply enjoying ourselves.
Accompanied by a wine that the sommelier has perfectly matched for us.
We raise our glasses: to us. To ADEA. To life.
10 p.m. – Fireplace cosiness & cosy mode.
Back in the suite.
Netflix is on, the fireplace is flickering, we sink into the sofa and laugh about old stories. I almost fall asleep – it's so cosy here.
But the bed is calling... and tomorrow the next adventure awaits.
