This is what a successful day might look like from a child's perspective:
7:30 a.m. – OMG, I'm so awake!
Mum and Dad are still asleep, but I'm ready to go.
Breakfast time! We're having pancakes with jam at UPSIDEDOWN – my absolute favourite breakfast! Dad says I can even have a croissant afterwards. But only if I finish my fruit salad, says Mum.
Back in the suite, Dad leafs through the hiking map, Mum makes herself another coffee and enjoys it relaxing on our balcony. I sit down next to her and look at the mountains, already so ready for the next adventure.
9:00 a.m. – From 0 to 100 to Streubödensee.
We set off directly from the hotel – no car, no waiting, just go!
The path is full of colours and sounds: flowers, cowbells, splashing streams. Then comes my highlight: Timok's Wild World! Water playground, climbing park, slides, everything at once. And the coolest thing: the Alpine Coaster! I splash around, scramble, squeal with joy – I'd love to stay all day!
12:30 p.m. – Spaghetti with a mountain view.
We take our lunch break on the alpine terrace. Spaghetti for me, cheese spaetzle for Mum, Kaiserschmarrn for Dad. I try everything – because I can.
And the panorama? It's like something out of my picture book.
But don't eat too much – I want to go to UPSIDEDOWN afterwards!
They always have cake in the afternoon. Or brownies. Or both! OMG.
2 p.m. – Trail heroes on the move.
Now it's time to get sporty! I'm taking part in Sport Widmann's Bike Trail Basic course. I'm nervous at first, but the trainers are so nice! We learn how to brake, corner, go up hills and down hills.
My bike ‘Blitz’ is dusty afterwards – but luckily there's a bike wash at the ADEA Lifestyle Suites. Now it's shiny again. Um – blazing!
4:30 p.m. – Water on!
First we jump into the indoor pool, then we go to the natural swimming pond.
I dive, Mum reads, Dad chills out. I don't want to get out!
6:30 p.m. – Dinner with colouring adventure
Wow, today is really busy! I'm getting my favourite meal – the Kids Schnitzel from the children's menu. Soooo crispy and served with chips – simply delicious!
And the best part? While Mum and Dad are still enjoying their meal, I'm already in the middle of my colouring adventure. The cow needs a few more colourful spots, and the fish in the stream – it would look cool in blue, right?
Eating, painting, having fun – all at the same time? Sure, I can do that! I'm a multitasking pro, I tell you.
9 p.m. – Zzz... and then?
I'm totally exhausted – but happy.
Mum and Dad are going to the sauna, but I don't want them to leave us alone. Luckily, they don't have to go far – our suite has its own!
I sleep in the bunk bed above my brother.
Before I close my eyes, I think: What about tomorrow? Rollercoaster rides at Familienland? Pillersee? Looking for fossils at Steinplatte? I want to do everything. And stay longer. Please!!!

Prehistoric action at 1,600 metres
Life-size dinosaurs, a fossilised coral reef, water features and a puzzle rally – Triassic Park gets explorers of all ages moving. The Triassic Trail offers fossils, viewpoints, a climbing garden and Triassic Beach with its Kneipp-style water therapy. Even when it rains, the fun continues – from the research camp to the stalactite cave in the Triassic Centre.
