At lunchtime, chef Mario Parnitzke will show you his tricks for cooking game during a game cooking course – including a light lunch.

In the evening, enjoy a festive 5-course menu featuring everything the forest has to offer. The perfect wines from the Kirnbauer winery will be presented by the winemaker himself – along with exciting stories from the winery.
